LEADx Fellowship 2027

LEADx Fellowship 2027 – Think. Lead. Build Pakistan.

The LEADx Fellowship 2027 is the flagship youth leadership and development programme of LEADx Pakistan, created to identify, connect, and empower emerging young leaders from across Pakistan.

Designed as an intensive five-day residential fellowship, the programme brings together young people from every province, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, including participants from major cities, smaller communities, and underserved districts.

LEADx Fellowship goes beyond conventional training sessions. Fellows participate in practical learning experiences focused on Leadership, Capacity Building, Career Pathways, Critical Thinking, and Logic & Reasoning. Through leadership labs, team challenges, public speaking, career clinics, debates, problem-solving exercises, mentorship, and practical workshops, participants strengthen the skills required to lead effectively in their careers and communities.

The five-day journey moves through Pehchaan, Lead, Think, Build, and Act, helping fellows understand themselves, develop leadership capabilities, think critically, explore career opportunities, and transform ideas into action.

The experience does not end after the residential fellowship. Every fellow undertakes a 60-day Social Action Project, applying their learning to a real challenge within their own community with mentor support.

Open to Pakistani nationals aged 16–30, the fellowship welcomes students, graduates, young professionals, aspiring entrepreneurs, changemakers, and emerging community leaders. No minimum CGPA or standardized test score is required.

Selected participants can receive Fully Funded, Partially Funded, or Self-Funded offers based on merit and available seats.

Think clearly. Lead with character. Build what Pakistan needs.
