Introducing LEADx Pakistan

LEADx Pakistan is an independent Pakistani platform where leadership, ideas, experience and storytelling meet. It gives people with something meaningful to say a stage, and gives people ready to listen a reason to act.

Why the story behind success

Most platforms celebrate the destination. LEADx Pakistan is built around the path: the beginning, the struggle, the failure, the turning point and the lesson that came out of it. We believe that is what makes a story authentic, educational and human.

A person’s designation is secondary. Their story is primary.

That is why LEADx speakers are not chosen only because they are famous. They are chosen on the strength of what they have lived and what they can teach.

What the x stands for

In LEADx, the x marks an intersection and a multiplication. It stands for what happens when leadership, ideas, experience and people cross paths and become more than they were alone.

One initiative, four pillars

LEADx Pakistan is an umbrella initiative. Every program sits under it, shares its values and feeds the same community.

• LEADx Summits: flagship gatherings built around ideas, people and stories.
• LEADx Fellowship: a youth leadership and development program for promising young leaders from across Pakistan.
• LEADx Talks: the storytelling and speaker platform, made to reveal the story behind the success.

Built for young Pakistanis

Our primary audience is young Pakistanis: university students, young professionals, founders, freelancers, creatives and changemakers. We are also open to everyone who shapes them, from industry leaders and universities to mentors, educators and organizations.

Over time, we want LEADx Pakistan to reach audiences across the country and to celebrate the diversity of regions, cultures, industries and backgrounds that make it up.

How to take part

If you have a story worth sharing, nominate yourself or someone you know to speak. If you represent a company, university or NGO, partner with us.
