Medical Doctor | Founder, Riffat Wellness Institute | Certified Soft Skills Trainer | Youth Development Advocate | Wellness Entrepreneur
Dr. Riffat Batool is a medical doctor, certified soft skills trainer, youth development advocate, facilitator, and wellness entrepreneur committed to advancing holistic well-being, personal development, leadership, and self-actualisation among young people.
She is the Founder of Riffat Wellness Institute (RWI), a holistic wellness initiative built around the philosophy of self-actualisation—supporting individuals in understanding themselves, realising their potential, developing resilience, and achieving greater physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Her professional journey uniquely combines medicine, healthcare, wellness, leadership development, experiential learning, soft-skills training, and youth empowerment. Through this multidisciplinary approach, Dr. Riffat works to help individuals move beyond simply managing challenges toward developing the awareness, confidence, skills, and sense of purpose necessary to live meaningful and productive lives.
Medical & Healthcare Background
As a medical professional, Dr. Riffat brings a strong foundation in healthcare, clinical practice, patient advocacy, empathetic communication, and evidence-informed care.
Her clinical exposure has strengthened her understanding that human well-being cannot be approached through physical health alone. Physical health, psychological well-being, emotional resilience, interpersonal relationships, lifestyle, environment, and social circumstances are deeply interconnected.
Her experience with patients has also reinforced the importance of effective communication and empathy in healthcare. For Dr. Riffat, quality healthcare involves not only understanding disease but also understanding the individual experiencing it.
This perspective has become an important foundation for her broader work in wellness and human development.
Founder – Riffat Wellness Institute (RWI)
Dr. Riffat is the Founder of Riffat Wellness Institute (RWI), an initiative envisioned around the principle that sustainable personal development begins with well-being.
RWI seeks to create a holistic environment where individuals can strengthen their physical health, mental resilience, emotional awareness, interpersonal skills, self-awareness, and sense of purpose.
At the heart of the institute is the concept of self-actualisation: enabling individuals to recognise their abilities, understand their values and aspirations, overcome internal and external barriers, and progressively realise their full potential.
Rather than treating wellness as simply the absence of illness, the RWI philosophy views well-being as an ongoing process of self-awareness, growth, resilience, meaningful relationships, responsible decision-making, and contribution to society.
Dr. Riffat's vision is particularly focused on young people and the importance of developing a generation that is not only professionally successful but also physically healthy, mentally resilient, emotionally intelligent, socially responsible, and purpose-driven.
